Xavier Vista
Project Design Manager
Xavier Vista is the Project Design Manager for Icon Projects Ltd. He has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Architecture, with experience in architectural design review, working drawings and client relationship management. He has effectively handled fitting-out works with respect to design and coordination for hotel resorts, and is detail-oriented and organized with excellent planning, analytical and interpersonal skills.
Mr. Vista’s area of expertise involves design management, project reporting, resource management, contract administration, methodology, and quality management.
As Project Design Manager for Icon Projects Ltd., he has overseen projects in terms of design deliverables and design development that ensures the project is delivered in accordance to clients’ needs. He also manages and coordinates all design meetings to control drawings and materials, and reviews and provides design information to facilitate amicable resolution to design problems.
