Richard Garrad
Project Director
Richard Garrad is the Projects Director for Icon Projects. Mr. Garrad, age 44 is responsible for the executive management of all Icon Projects ongoing construction activity.
With decades of construction experience, he manages and coordinates large and complex construction projects across Macau. He provides leadership, professional development and support to office staff as well as on site project supervisors. He has personally managed projects at hotels, resorts, and casinos exceeding $1 Billion in total both in Macau and Hong Kong.
In his successful career that nearly spans three decades, Richard has held the position of a Contracts Manager in Macau, a Senior Project Manager in London and Hong Kong, all specializing in the design, procurement and construction of casino’s, restaurants, hotels, bars, offices and residential properties he also gained vast experience in property development in London were he held the position of project manager.
